Synthesis
Wash the
lentils and soak them overnight. Sift and grind the lentils and add salt and
baking soda. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bhallas till golden.
Once all the
bhallas are fried, soak them in lukewarm water for five to ten minutes. Then
squeeze the water lightly by hand and place it in the dish.
Mix salt,
red chilli, sugar, finely chopped ginger, roasted cumin powder and green
coriander in it. Serve garnished with sauce and green coriander
