An easy way to make yogurt (دہی بھلے) at home

It would not be out of place to say that yogurt is our most popular dish.

That's why today we are going to show you the best way to prepare this delicious dish.

 

Ingredients 

Mash Lentils

A Cup

Salt

A Quarter Of A Teaspoon

Baking Soda

A Click

Oil

To Fry

Yogurt

Two Cups

Green Coriander

Two Tablespoons

Roasted Cumin Seeds

A Teaspoon

Ginger

Half An Inch Piece

Cayenne Pepper

Two Teaspoons

Chinese

Two Teaspoons

For Decoration

Tamarind Sauce

Two Tablespoons

Green Coriander

Two Tablespoons

 

Synthesis

Wash the lentils and soak them overnight. Sift and grind the lentils and add salt and baking soda. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bhallas till golden.

Once all the bhallas are fried, soak them in lukewarm water for five to ten minutes. Then squeeze the water lightly by hand and place it in the dish.

Mix salt, red chilli, sugar, finely chopped ginger, roasted cumin powder and green coriander in it. Serve garnished with sauce and green coriander
